 I have encountered people in the family along with few outside with manipulation, deceit,aggression and lack of empathy with compromised moral compass along with being immoral and irresponsible.

They could be anyone. Typically they have no remorse or guilt as they have trouble understanding others emotions and hurt those around him being cold, harsh, unfeeling. They a opportunistic and rely on emotional and physical techniques they use manipulation grately others with gaslighting,lying, flattery,blame, threat.

They are dangerously charming. Charm is

They are illtempered and impulsive. They see people as means to an end whether to glean information from or emotional fulfillment or for money. They develop a superiority complex to justify they treat others because they don't feel remorse they do not apologize and enjoy others suffering
